Supplier Preview

Recognizing the many collaborations and partnerships existing at the supplier level, the TCA offers exclusive early access to the expo hall in Tampa for manufacturers and distributors regardless of exhibition or sponsorship status. The event, designed solely to accommodate networking among suppliers serving the tilt-up industry, will allow for both exhibiting and non-exhibiting suppliers to walk the show floor and meet with exhibitors in their booths.

Registration

A Preview pass is included for all exhibiting suppliers and may also be purchased by non-exhibiting suppliers online by 5:00 on September 15, 2023. Onsite registration will NOT be available.

Attendance by contractor, architect, and engineer attendees is not allowed as this event is not intended to provide opportunities for sales activity. Those non-exhibiting suppliers seeking full conference registration, please reference the policy below.

Non-Exhibiting Supplier Policy

Exhibitor pricing is laid out in the 2023 Tilt-Up Convention and Expo Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities brochure. Exhibitor Personnel registration is available to registered exhibitors only. Non-exhibiting suppliers and manufacturers must register according to the policy below.

In 2011 the Global Associate Council of the TCA put in place a policy stating that any manufacturer or distributor of goods and services to the tilt-up industry that is NOT exhibiting has the opportunity to send representatives to convention. In recognition of the fact that business will be conducted, the council has agreed to a $1,000 one-time fee, per company, plus full convention registration for each attendee. This option can only be taken advantage of once in any three-year period. Questions regarding this policy may be directed to mbloomquist@tilt-up.org.

• Accommodate non-exhibiting suppliers’ requests to walk the show.
• Establish a dedicated time for supplier and dealer meetings on the show floor.
• Allow exhibitor employees not working the booth an option to participate in the event.
• Foster collaboration among tilt-up industry distributors and manufacturers.
