Derick Rainey
VP North American Sales
Derick’s exposure to the concrete industry began at an early age, going to work with his father and sweeping the warehouse or cleaning forms. He began his career full-time in 1995 as a delivery driver and warehouse worker for a concrete supply distributor in Louisville KY, where his fascination with concrete, and tilt-up specifically, first took hold. In 2003, he started working as an outside salesperson for a distributor covering Kentucky and Southern Indiana with a focus on tilt-up contractors. Derick started at Nox-Crete in 2014 as the Southeast Regional Manager, became the Tilt-up Division Manager in 2019, and was promoted to the VP North American Sales in 2022. Derick is on currently on TCA's education committee and his technical bulletin “Reactive Bondbreakers Use Chemistry to Extend Lifting Timelines” was published by the TCA in 2020.
