Chad Marshall
Vice President / Division Manager
Chad leads the Evans General Contractors Charlotte team as Vice President and Division Manager, joining the company in 2020. Evans is an ENR Top 400 company with offices in nine locations throughout the United States and Europe. Highly motivated and passionate about Evans’ success, Chad oversees all aspects of the Charlotte office, managing its overall growth and financial stability. His expertise in large, complex projects—ranging from industrial and office to data centers—drives value for clients across Evans’ core markets.
An advocate for future generations, Chad is deeply involved in employee development at Evans, including the company’s mentorship program. He also served on the inaugural Tilt-Up Industry Leaders of Tomorrow (TILT) board and was actively involved in the group’s initial formation, helping establish its mission and early direction. Chad holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Columbus State University.
