The Tilt-Up Concrete Association is pleased to announce Jill Heald as the organization’s new manager of business development. Jill spent +23 years as a regional manager in the national jewelry industry. Her expertise in building organizational capacity, strategic planning and execution, managing operations, and driving revenue will greatly benefit the TCA and its members. Jill has worked closely with jeweler associations through her career supporting world-wide industry advocacy –earning elite credentials and obtaining divisional and national recognition. Jill believes that member engagement is key to industry and association growth and is excited to be joining in our team efforts. Welcome to the TCA family, Jill!
