Jeff is a senior structural engineer and project manager with nearly 30 years of experience designing and delivering office, warehouse, military, and retail facilities across a wide range of project types and scales. Known for his proactive and creative approach to design and project management, he has a strong track record of helping clients achieve their vision while maintaining demanding budgets and schedules on fast-track projects. Jeff is widely recognized as a leading expert in tilt-up concrete construction, with particular expertise in the design of structures utilizing site-cast tilt-up wall panels. His contributions to the industry include research into force protection and progressive collapse performance, service as Chair of the American Concrete Institute’s ACI 551 Tilt-Up Committee, and co-chairing the development of a landmark tilt-up design guide published by ACI. In recognition of his impact on the profession, he received the David L. Kelly Distinguished Engineer Award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.
