Reid Lenhart is a dedicated Safety Director with over 10 years of professional experience focusing on people first and results driven leadership. He has a proven track record of safety success in the construction industry with the ultimate goal of getting every worker home safely each and every day. Reid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice through the University of Central Missouri, as well as a Master's Degree in Occupational Safety Management. He also possesses his Certified Safety Professional & Associate Safety Professional designations through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Lenhart is part of Regional and National organizations and committees such as the American Society of Concrete Contractors, American Concrete Pumping Association, Caterpillar's Innovation Partnership Council, Tilt Up Concrete Association, Board of Certified Safety Professionals, and the Kansas City Construction Safety Group. He is passionate about being a life long learner and instructor. Reid is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for Construction, American Red Cross First Aid / CPR / AED Instructor, and holds several other certifications including his ACI Tilt Up Technician.
