American Furniture Warehouse – Surprise is a 207,675 SF fully air-conditioned tilt-wall building on a 23-acre site. The project consists of a 147,294 SF showroom with private offices and a 55,797 SF warehouse with dock high doors and in-rack sprinklers. It is the 5th American Furniture Warehouse completed by Burton Construction alongside Butler Design Group.
