Summarize the project's program, features, and achievements: The project is one of the largest tiltwall buildings in the Baytown Texas area. It was completed and immediately leased out to one of the big box stores for a distribution location. The project is located close to the Port of Houston and makes it a very convenient location to distribute products to the Houston area.
What obstacles were overcome related to the schedule, budget, program, specification, site, etc. on this project? This project was built in the middle of the pandemic and had many issues with suppliers being able to provide the level of service that we are accustomed to.
Please communicate any engineering complexities or unique features of the panel design for this project. ? Casting the logo of the developer / owner into the corners of the panels. They also had many reveals and recessed downspouts.
