Bayport 146 Distribution Center
Summarize the project's program, features, and achievements: On April 6, 2022, Rosenberger Construction broke ground on Bayport 146 Distribution Center in Seabrook, Texas. This industrial, tiltwall project consists of a 454,600 square foot cross-dock warehouse with 36’ clear height and ESFR sprinkler systems. Bayport 146 is a unique and state-of-the-art distribution project located next to the Bayport Container Terminal and the Port of Houston. The exterior of the building is painted, textured tiltwall with formliner accents and aluminum canopies at each entry. This project also includes two ponds at the front of the property, each with fountain water features. Rosenberger Construction completed Bayport 146 Distribution Center on January 14, 2023.
