Summarize the project's program, features, and achievements: This is the second building of a two-building industrial development. Intergroup provided a stacked panel design in the Tilt-Up panels with both traditional and deeper reveals to provide relief and heightened visual presence. An exterior entry eyebrow features framing into pockets within the extended tilt wall panel. The property is in a premier location with quick access off Powers Boulevard in the Southwest corridor of Colorado Springs.

Please communicate any engineering complexities or unique features of the panel design for this project. ? 1. Checkered pattern “flag” overlap panel features. The challenge of providing reinforcing around multiple checkered styles notches at the sides of outer panels, as well as an adequate positive connection to support flag portions to panels behind. 2. Both traditional and deeper reveals are utilized throughout various panels. This created challenges with coordinating correct panel thicknesses, reinforcing designs, and also placement of rebar in the field due to the varied reveal depths. 3.
