Project Rebound is a large-scale distribution center located in Newnan, Georgia featuring a 1,396,640 SF building footprint along with an additional 1,247,000 SF of paving. Interior warehouse floor slabs for this building included 6" Ductilcrete SOG. Concrete paving included both 9" HD paving and 7" MD paving with an integral dolly strip to make up the total additional paving. This impressive distribution center was built with a panel construction consisting of 242, 9" to 10" inch thick tilt-up panels to make up a total wall surface area of 251,600 SF. The height of the tallest panel lifted on this building being 49' 5". Additional features for this distribution center included continuous dock pits, dock ramps and 252,000 SF of dock apron space.

Rebound is a new addition to an existing complex of distribution sites in Newnan, Georgia. This project will help facilitate distribution through out the nearby regions and bring in more employment opportunities for the surrounding community.
