Plum Creek Logistics Center - Buildings 1 and 2

Summarize the project's program, features and achievements.

On August 17, 2020, Rosenberger Construction broke ground on Plum Creek Logistics Center Phase I. This industrial, tiltwall project consists of Buildings 1 and 2, two speculative buildings totaling 471,058 square feet. The project also included an MEP design/build and an ESFR sprinkler system. Rosenberger also completed a 3,900 square feet MEP design/build tenant improvement with upgraded electrical service and warehouse improvement. Inside, the LED high bay light fixtures are equipped with individual motion sensors, all designed to emphasize the design and overall size. The outside of the buildings is painted, textured tiltwall with accent colors. Rosenberger Construction completed Plum Creek Logistics Center Phase I on May 12, 2021, seven weeks ahead of schedule.
