Golden Triangle Construction Headquarters

Summarize the project's program, features and achievements.

Intergroup was selected by GTC, a prominent Denver area general contractor to design their new office headquarters. The building is a concrete Tilt-Up wall paneled building on a two-acre site. Exterior panels offer reveals, metal awnings, horizontal metal fins, multiple glazing colors, and exterior paint accents to highlight the design. The Interior space has both private and open office areas, and a large training room. Ceilings are open to structure and are fitted with acoustical treatments and light fixtures.

Communicate any engineering complexities or unique features of the panel design for this project.

Structural engineering accounted for large openings in Tilt-Up panels for glazing and wall reveals. A key panel with several reveals was poured and utilized in the entrance design. This key wall panel is a facility accent that extends from the exterior entrance into the interior reception and conference room.
