Empire West Phase 1
Summarize the project's program, features and achievements.
In June of 2020, Rosenberger Construction broke ground on Empire West Phase I. This industrial, tiltwall project consists of Buildings 1, 2, and 3, three speculative buildings totaling 1,036,057 square feet. Building 1 is the largest at 750,775 square feet with a 40' clear height. The project was an MEP design/build with an ESFR sprinkler system plus fencing and landscaping. Inside, the buildings' concrete walls feature a "white box interior" and LED high bay light fixtures equipped with individual motion sensors, all designed to emphasize the design and overall size. The exterior of each structure is equipped with sunshades, entrance canopies, and thin-set stone. Rosenberger Construction completed Empire West Phase I on in March of 2021, six weeks ahead of schedule.
