Summarize the project's program, features and achievements.
Billings Productions is a world leader in the design and development of animatronic animals for exhibitions. Their new space offers a warehouse that can support the design, construction, and storage of their dinosaurs, giant bugs, and custom creatures. A retail lobby offers display space for different creatures and the owner's fossil collection. There is also an event space that can be used for hosting community activities, school field trips, and other events. The exterior shows most panels are sloped at the top, forming a saw-tooth appearance across the elevation. These scalloped panels have glass insets to allow natural light in. Several panels are canted and have poured-in return legs extending 24”. Concrete spandrels are supported by steel structure, appearing to float above glass volume. The entry panels feature a 'wooden board' form liner pattern covering the whole panel and spanning across several adjacent panels to complete the overall design.
