Class A speculative office/warehouse of two-building development with shared rear-load truck court. Buildings have ample front park and open 24-foot clear ceiling heights available for future tenants and build out. The exterior is comprised of painted tilt-up concrete panels, incorporated storefront glazing, knock out panels, and steel entry accents.
