Edge 470

Edge 470 is a new multiple building development along the E470 corridor south of Denver. The project is a show piece sitting right on the edge of the high speed toll road. It has maximum exposure for tenants and will provide much needed tenant space to the south east metro area. The City of Parker has worked hard to create a visually appealing warehouse district in this sector. All of the buildings in this area are required to be more than just a plain box. Parker requires lots of thought to aesthetics as well as to outdoor amenities and green space. Edge 470 is a shining example of the City's vision for the area.
