Colorado Logistics Park - Building D

CLP is a master-planned, Class A, infill industrial development North of Denver. The site is situated adjacent to I-76 to allow immediate access to all the Denver area's primary highways and interstate. The park facilities will consist of 2 bulk distribution and 3 rear-load buildings on a 60.4-acre site with areas for outside storage. Building D offers 330,250 SF with a building depth of 400 feet, 36-foot clear height for bulk distribution. Alternating concrete flag panels and reveals accent the exterior of the building.
