Digital Realty Bldg. R

Digital Loudoun Building R is a 220,000 SF two-level data center located in Sterling, Virginia. The building consists of an exterior tilt-up wall panel system with a structural steel interior. The tilt-up panels average 64’-10” in height and were cast with a formliner and reveal pattern along the main façade of the building. The building sits at the corner of Broderick Drive and Waxpool Road in the heart of data center alley in Prince William County. There was a great deal of coordination to ensure that the final product provided the aesthetic quality that the design team required.
