KIPP Met 10 center

This project was initially intended to be a distribution center which was changed, while forming the panels, to be a school with an added mezzanine. All spandrel panels are bearing on seventeen foot tall CIP columns with intricate embed placement and block outs for the newly added locations for structural steel. With these design changes, the original schedule for tilt wall panel erection milestone was still accomplished after adding hundreds of additional embedded steel plates/angles to accommodate for the mezzanine/slight panel adjustments.
