Port Everglades International Logistics Center

ANF Group was contracted by CenterPoint Properties to be the General Contractor for the Port Everglades International Logistics Center. Completed in the Summer 2020, the center consists of two logistics/industrial buildings totaling 296,177 sf at 3413 and 3423 McIntosh Road in Hollywood, FL. The buildings sit on 16.5 acres of land. Port Everglades International Logistics Center is designed to provide a modern, efficient, and secure environment for cargo activity at one of Florida’s most active seaports. Its strategic location adjacent to terminal operations are ideal for containers arriving at Port Everglades requiring U.S. Customs and U.S. Department of Agriculture inspection services. ANF Group led the construction services, our role included permitting, scheduling, subcontractor trades, material coordination, commissioning, and project turnover. The panel features are rustication, recess, dock high doors, and overlapping panels.
