Soleil Technology Park - Stonebridge Building 1

Stonebridge Building 1 has an exciting life story for how young it is. Not only does it wield several sustainability features, but it survived the earthquake that hit during our safety meeting on the second day of lifting panels! Once it was safe to do so, the externally braced panels were inspected for safety and quality assurance. Remarkably all panels and helical piers survived the earthquake's impact. Now it flaunts polished concrete panels, metal framed fin walls, and stands tall and proud to be part of something much bigger than itself. It is the first completed project within Soleil Technology Park, a revolutionary community concept that is transforming the office campus environment and expanding Silicon Slopes into the heart of the Salt Lake Valley. This iconic campus features balanced energy consumption, Qualified Opportunity Zone investment, innovative tech, and an amenity rich campus. Soleil will prioritize aligning with like-minded companies that believe in creating a positive social impact while providing their team a world-class office campus. Sustainability features include: all electric office buildings, participation in energy goals, balanced energy footprint, variable refrigerant flow HVAC system, window technology that reduces unwanted heat transfer throughout the seasons, tight building enclosure, and car charging stations. Stonebridge Building 1 owners & design team created an exemplary office building to turn peoples' heads forward. Focused on improving air quality, they materialized a vision where sustainability and high-quality are able to coexist beautifully. We believe this building and subsequent campus will be the first of many to follow in its footsteps.
