Richardson Data Center

Located in Richardson’s Telecom Corridor, the new 130,000 square foot powered shell data center features 100,000 square feet of space for future data halls and support spaces, as well as a two-story, 30,000 square foot future office space. Additional features include an adjacent electrical substation with direct feeds, 190 mph wind rating, 50,000 square feet of 130’-deep equipment yard for maximum flexibility and redundancy, and opportunity for column-free data halls. The property is part of the historic Spring Creek Farms in Richardson.
