Raceway Industrial Park

The Raceway Industrial Park warehouse project is located near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the City of North Las Vegas. This project is a 670,798 SF Industrial Type III-B building on 33.49 acres with a B & S1 building occupancy. It includes 99 dock-high loading doors with 185-foot truck courts allowing for ample trailer storage, and accommodation of up to 300 car parking stalls. Martin-Harris Construction’s concrete crew poured 5,000 cubic yards of concrete, including isolated footings, continuous footings, and slab on grade.
