Prologis Park Central 1

The Park Central development was planned for up to 5 speculative buildings. To date, three buildings have been completed. The project was featured in local news reports as part of a massive revitalization movement for the I-25 corridor north of Denver. What was once a run down, vacant and forgotten industrial area of the metro area has now become a booming location for new distribution buildings.
