Port Everglades International Logistics Center - Building 2

Port Everglades International Logistics Center consists of two logistics/industrial buildings totaling 296,207 sf. The buildings sit on 16.5 acres of land. Port Everglades International Logistics Center is designed to provide a modern, efficient, and secure environment for cargo activity at one of Florida’s most active seaports. Its strategic location adjacent to terminal operations will be ideal for containers arriving at Port Everglades requiring U.S. Customs and U.S. Department of Agriculture inspection services. ANF Group has led the construction services, our role included permitting, scheduling, subcontractor trades, material coordination, commissioning, and project turnover.
