The PACCAR Parts Distribution Center in North Las Vegas consists of a 253,000 square foot distribution area with a 20,000 square foot mezzanine. It also includes a 8,900 square foot office area sitting on 18.24 acres. The office area consists of offices, a breakroom, storage rooms, conference rooms, locker rooms and a PACCAR Experience open display area. Key features within the distribution area include non-composite fifteen inch thick sandwich tilt panels, one hundred and eighty skylights, high bay LED lighting, elevator to mezzanine level, lift charging area, multiple seventeen foot fans, twenty state-of-the-art dock bays and a 300kw photovoltaic solar array on the roof. North of the warehouse is an area for future expansion of up to an additional 100,000 square feet of space. The project site features include exterior covered courtyard area adjacent to the office breakroom, desert landscaping, architectural split face CMU walls with steel picket fence and sliding entrance/exit gates.
