700 Tech Court

Project summary provided by submitting company.

Design of this new 136,610 SF office/warehouse features expansive glazing, clerestories, and skylights throughout the building creating abundant daylighting for the interior spaces. This allows for the building to support 100% office clients. Numerous tilt-up features including offsets, reveals, and full height corner glazing panels establish the buildings character. Concrete tilt-up panels with steel frame make up the building's construction. Use of tilt-up construction allows for flexibility and cost efficiency for future high tech tenants.
