Apcon is the anchor tenant of the building, occupying over half of the leasable area. Appealing design and other amenities, such fitness center and rooftop paid, have attracted other tenants to the building, leaving limited available space left. The use of tilt -up allowed for an economical structure and expedited schedule, as compared to other structural options explored during design. The painted tilt-up wall compliments the other textures of the façade, consisting of glass and stone. Innovative use of the tilt-up concept provided for an economic, yet appealing, 3-story layered façade. Additionally, the use of tilt wall minimized the need for perimeter columns, allowing for larger column free window openings.
