Low Temp Industries is one of the leading manufacturers of custom food service equipment and décor. The company’s growth has created a need for a larger facility to operate the main divisions of the company. The new headquarters is a few minutes away from the original facility in Jonesboro, Georgia. The 172,500 sf building features 156,000 sf of manufacturing space and has 16,500 sf of office space. The building was designed with three different slab on grade thicknesses ranging from 5” to 8.” The 2-story office space features slab on metal decking. A total of 78 panels were used to complete the building including an impressive 67’ spandrel panel.
