Highfield 5

This project is a 100,000 SF speculative office/distribution building in a high-quality business park. It is designed for up to four tenants and features extensive design elements to define entries and attract high-profile tenants. Eighty percent of the building has been leased in less than a year. The use of tilt-up in this project allowed for flexibility and cost-efficiency, and the building acquired character through numerous features like offsets, reveals and decorative beams.
