Prologis Stapleton Business Center Building 1

This spec warehouse incorporates several architectural tilt-up features including lay-up panels, floating panels and spandrels that span more than 50-feet. All four corners of the building incorporate three-story recessed storefront glass, covered canopies, floating panels, and bearing spandrels that frame into adjacent spandrel panels. The complexity of the corners required careful planning and erection.
