"Ken Berling leads all Merus projects in Middle Tennessee and has been a fundamental part of our team for nearly two decades. He started with Merus in 2005 as a co-op and quickly grew into a trusted leader within our design-build team in Cincinnati, OH. Over the years, he's taken on complex projects and played a big role in our expansion into Columbus and Indianapolis. In 2023, Ken relocated to Nashville, bringing with him an extensive experience and a deep understanding of product type. He's passionate about delivering high-quality results and fostering our company culture, ensuring every project in Middle Tennessee is executed with care and excellence. With a strong focus on industrial construction, Ken has been instrumental in shaping the success of our projects, contributing to the construction of over 13 million square feet.
