In this workshop, Dan Lester and Tony Glover will guide participants through the critical topics of psychological safety and mental health in construction. We begin with a concise overview of the mental health challenges specific to the industry, then offer practical strategies to make mental health a relevant, actionable priority on-site. Attendees will learn to lead toolbox talks focusing on mental health, practice one-on-one conversations to foster psychological safety, and participate in breakout sessions where they teach back key concepts. By the end, participants will have tangible tools to foster healthier, more open work environments.
