A recognized leader in the tilt-up industry, Philip Kopf is founder and president of The Kopf Consulting Group, Inc. -- a structural engineering firm specializing in design/build construction. In this capacity, Kopf works closely with owners, architects and contractors through each phase of design and construction to achieve overall building economy and constructability. His vast experience in structural design of industrial and commercial buildings is evidenced by his broad portfolio of projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

Responsibilities include project management, development of proprietary pricing documents to aid in the preliminary pricing of the structure, design and preparation of construction documents, project specifications, shop drawing review and construction observation.

To date, Kopf has designed, detailed and overseen construction of more than seven million square feet of tilt-up concrete panels.

Prior to forming The Kopf Consulting Group, Inc., Kopf worked on such notable projects as the Spiegel/Eddie Bauer Distribution Center in Groveport, Ohio. At the time of completion, it was the largest tilt-up facility constructed under one contract and it remains as one of the largest tilt-up structures of all time ever built.

• Liberty Property Trust: 725,000 square foot speculative tilt-up facility located in Allentown, Pennsylvania
