Lionel Lemay manages a program to educate engineers and architects on the proper design and use of concrete for buildings, parking areas, roadways and other applications.
A Registered Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer, he develops standards and specifications with a focus on performance-based specifications for concrete. He has written several articles on concrete construction and is co-author of the McGraw-Hill book Insulating Concrete Forms for Residential Design and Construction.
Before joining NRMCA, Lemay was Managing Director of Promotion for the Portland Cement Association.
