With decades of experience in the general contracting business, Glen Doncaster first became acquainted with Tilt-Up construction when he joined B.D. Stevens Limited. Drawing on the experience of Murray Parker and the Stevens Group, Doncaster headed the company’s entrance into the North Carolina market with the establishment of Citadel Contractors.

Doncaster specializes in taking projects intended for traditional masonry and transforming them using Tilt-Up technology. These projects include high-end movie-plex theaters, streetscape shopping districts and smaller office projects richly detailed with historic vocabulary.
