Holding several patents on Tilt-Up erection, bracing, forming and structural hardware components, Dave Kelly has been a member of the Tilt-Up industry for more than 40 years. He has been responsible for setting the design criteria on more than 3.5 million Tilt-Up panels and has served as the engineer-of-record for more than 200 buildings.

Kelly is a Registered Professional Engineer and frequent speaker on Tilt-Up in several states, Canada and Australia.

He is a member of the ACI 551 Committee and was president of TCA in 1990.
