Fischer founded Woodland Construction in 1987 to fill a void in the industry for qualified Tilt-Up subcontractors.

With more than 25 years experience in the construction industry, Fischer specializes in the construction of Tilt-Up facilities of all types including schools, retail centers, automobile dealerships, religious institutions, warehouse/distribution facilities and manufacturing/industrial facilities.

Committed to providing quality standards for the industry, Fischer necessitates that all company supervisors are certified as ACI Tilt-Up Supervisors or Technicians.
