Located at the former site of Union Carbide, the Rockefeller Logistics Center in Piscataway, is a multi-unit distribution complex totaling more than 2.2 million square-feet. Developed by the Rockefeller Group, the first phase called The Rockefeller Piscataway Building 2 will house tenant Best Buy in more than 725,000 SF. When the new logistics facility is opened, the consumer electronics retailer anticipates more than 300 Best Buy and third-party jobs to the area.
