Entrata Office Building

This four-story, 106,000-square-foot tilt-up office building is the first of its kind in Utah. The structure has floor-to-ceiling glazing with a glass-to-wall ratio matching or exceeding other Class-A office space. The exterior building shell was erected in 10 days and, aside from the glazing, is exposed concrete with various textures. The 60-foot-tall wall panels are made with water-tight concrete and have reinforcing ratios that provide strength for lifting and for resisting wind and seismic forces.
