Daikin Texas Technology Park

Tilt-up construction brought speed and economy to this project. Wide panels eliminated the need for a support beam and reduced the number of drilled piers. The panels will make large openings possible when the facility expands, both through panel-to-panel connections and increased reinforcement steel in select panel legs.

Tilt-up panels allowed for large window widths in the office, welcoming in natural light. Tilt-up also helped support the large framing spans of the office and lab.
