Enterprise Center - Arkansas Research and Technology Park

The Arkansas Research Technology building is a two-story, 60,000-square-foot laboratory/office facility developed to provide scientists with high-end laboratory space to continue their work.

The primary programmatic element of the building is laboratory space; however, all relevant systems were designed to offer as much flexibility and diversity as possible. Space planning efforts included wet and dry lab functions, typical office use and a two-story atrium with a grand staircase intended to facilitate interaction between tenants.
