Memorial Hermann MOB

Memorial Hermann, the largest not-for-profit health system in southeast Texas, selected tilt-up construction for four medical plaza office buildings. Tilt-up's benefits of cost efficiency and ability to meet an aggressive schedule were critical factors in the decision. The project exemplifies the use of tilt-up construction on a high density medical campus where aesthetics are important. Panels were stacked in a 4+2 configuration.
