Havenwood Office Complex
Havenwood Office Park is a four-story, 250,000-square-foot office building exemplifying the achievement of a Class A tilt-up structure while maintaining cost-efficiency and design integrity. The building is designed as two separate four-story building pods shifted against each other and staggered, connected by glass at the center. The design creates a significant amount of exterior wall area, and all exterior walls are tilt-up panels averaging 65 feet high. In addition to unique design, the team had to overcome challenges due to tight site constraints.
