There are not many tilt-up panels on the facade of this building submitted by E. V. Cox Construction Company of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, but the panels are very dramatic. Multiple copies of the company logo were cast into the fascia panels. The recessed portions of the outermost logos were painted to highlight the FJ in the logo.

The entire front fascia of the structure was constructed using two load bearing panels that are fifty-three feet long. The fascia panels are offset 2½ inches beyond the outside face of the spiral reinforced cast-in-place concrete columns and none of the columns has concrete to concrete bearing because of the anticipated expansion and contraction. All of this required some unique structural solutions.

The fascia panels used a flexible coating system for a sleek modern look. The balance of the panels (not shown) are lightly sandblasted for a durable, low-maintenance finish.

E.V. Cox Construction Company was also the engineer for the project. Speed of construction and durability were two of the criteria that convinced the owner to use tilt-up construction.
