This 150,652 square foot office building, constructed in 300 days, is one of the largest concrete Tilt-Up office buildings in the Western United States. With a 36,722 square foot footprint, as well as a 3,764 square foot penthouse, this four-story office facility features 24 individual concrete panels that are more than 62 feet tall (parapet of 59 feet) and 30 feet wide. The panels were stack-cast two high, and the largest panel weighs more than 163,000 lbs.

A 14-foot diameter clock is housed in an 85-foot high tower at the front of the building. The clock tower is framed with metal studs and an EIFS skin, while the concrete panels contain architectural reveals, created using a combination of MDF and foam layers that vary in panel thickness from 7.25 inches to 11 inches. Additional EIFS forms were applied to the panels after erection to provide more architectural shape to the building.

The panels were then painted with Textured Coating of America's Tex-Cote 600 elastomeric texture coating. Dayton-Superior products and Noxcrete's bondbreaker were utilized.

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction, a method in which concrete wall panels are cast on-site and tilted into place. Tilt-Up construction is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment. At least 10,000 buildings, enclosing more than 650 million square feet, are constructed each year using this construction method.
