Palm Beach County, Florida (March 20, 2008) -- Tilt-Con Corporation, Tamarac, announced the completion of four major South Florida office building projects including: 1800 Military Trail Office Building and Parking Garage, Phase I, a new 321,365-square-foot project featuring a 4-story, 147,365-square-foot office building and adjacent four-level, 174,000-square-foot parking garage located at 1800 Military Trail in Boca Raton, FL, under its contract with Codina Construction; the new LEED-certifed, 7-story, 227,546-square-foot Boca Village Corporate Center and Parking Garage consisting of a 4-story office building atop a three-level parking garage located at 4855 Technology Way, Boca Raton, FL, under contract with Butters Construction & Development; the new 2-story, 172,800-square-foot Florida Research Park facilityat 3L-15188 Park of Commerce Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL, under contract with Itasca Construction Associates; and the new LEED-certified, 4-story, 102,087-square-foot Ecoplex at Centrepark West Office Building at 1641 Worthington Road, West Palm Beach, under contract with Hedrick Brothers Construction.
