Orlando, Florida (January 29, 2008) -- Orlando-based Tilt-Con Corporation appointed Shannon R. Armstrong as Director of Human Resources. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accredited by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Armstrong has seventeen years of diverse HR professional experience in Florida and California where she has managed multi-site human resources departments with as many as 800 employees. Armstrong is a certified instructor for Development Dimensions International (DDI) Leadership Training and holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
