Tilt-Con Corporation Completes New Multimillion-dollar Boca Village Corporate Center in Boca Raton, FL

Boca Raton, Florida (January 24, 2008) -- Orlando-based Tilt-Con Corporation completed the new multimillion-dollar, 7-story, 227,546-square-foot Boca Village Corporate Center which includes a 3-level parking garage located 4855 Technology Way, Boca Raton, FL, under its contract with Butters Construction & Development, Coconut Creek, FL.
Selected for its unrivaled performance and speed of execution, Tilt-Con utilized its economical multi-story system for tilt-up concrete walls. Ranked as Florida’s largest tilt-up concrete constructor by Engineering News-Record magazine, Tilt-Con’s scope of work included foundations, slab-on-grade, tilt-up concrete wall panels and elevated decks. The upper four floors feature glass curtain walls with site-cast spandrel tilt-up panels on a structure of pre-cast beams and cast-in-place columns. Below the office space is a 3-story parking garage constructed of site-cast tilt-up concrete panels with pre-cast joists. The project was designed by RLC Architects, Boca Raton.
